Our standard shipping window is 7-10 business days. This is a conservative estimate and in many cases, your package will arrive before that.

When your item ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track your package all the way through to delivery.

-Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
-Do you accept returns?
Yes. We will issue a refund for merchandise that is returned within 10 days after the item is received. Merchandise MUST be in new, original condition and include all original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping costs. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days after we receive the item back. All sales are final for lingerie, wigs and gift cards.
-Help my package is lost!
Despite our best efforts, sometimes circumstances that are out of our control can lead to lost packages. We know it is frustrating! Before contacting us, we would recommend you contact the shipping carrier responsible for your package (USPS) as they may be able to initiate a search for your package and locate it. But, if all else fails, please contact us at [email protected] - please include your name and order number in the correspondence.
