-How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard shipping window is 10-15 business days for wedding dresses and 7-10 business days for all other items. This is a conservative estimate and in many cases, your package will arrive before that.



-How do I track my order?
When your item ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track your package all the way through to delivery.


-I would like to place an order, how much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary in our online boutique, enjoy!


-Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.



-Do you accept returns?

Yes. We will issue a refund for merchandise that is returned within 10 days from the date that the item is received. Merchandise MUST be in new, original condition and include all original packaging. Wedding dresses will be accepted for a refund ONLY if they are new, unworn, free of hair, lint or dust, have not been altered and must have all original tags attached. Once any tags are removed from a wedding dress it is not returnable. Buyer pays return shipping costs. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not profit from these fees, as they are charged to us by the manufacturer when a return is processed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days after we receive the item back and it has passed inspection by customer service. Any merchandise that appears to have been worn or used will be returned back to the customer at their expense. 


Non-Refundable Items

All sale items are final sale or any site wide sales promotions including purchases made with an online sales code, lingerie and gift cards.



-Help my package is lost!
Despite our best efforts, sometimes circumstances that are out of our control can lead to lost packages. We know it is frustrating! Before contacting us, we would recommend you contact the shipping carrier responsible for your package (USPS) as they may be able to initiate a search for your package and locate it. But, if all else fails, please contact us at [email protected] - please include your name and order number in the correspondence.
